You give me a quick overview of your product, your goals, and your timeline.

Technical Specs / Concept

We either confirm your Technical Specs or I create a visual concept that we approve together.

Deposit & Booking

A minimum 30% deposit locks in your shoot date — once paid, it’s officially booked.

Product Delivery & Photoshoot

Products should arrive at least one day before the shoot. The session takes place in the studio.

Editing & Preview

Images are professionally edited within 5–14 working days, then you get a preview.

Final Payment & Files

Once the remaining payment is received, you get the download link to all final images.

Corrections & Extras

You review the images and can request adjustments within the scope of the Technical Specs. Optional: designer-made infographics for your product pages.

Publishing & Results

Images are ready to publish — your products stand out, your customers are thrilled, and you can enjoy the success!

Detailed Workflow

1. Project Kick-off

We get in touch (via email, phone, or as you prefer) and discuss the details: products, goals, tasks, and the desired timeline.

2. Technical Specifications

If Technical Specs already exist (e.g., reference images, product list, important notes), we review and confirm them together. If no Technical Specs are available, I can create a visual concept for an additional fee, which we approve in advance. If you want me to handle the creative execution entirely, I only need the basic information about your product, the number of images required, and their intended use. In this case, corrections are not included.

3. Budget & Timeline

I calculate the project budget and timeframe. If the budget exceeds expectations, we explore optimization options together.

4. Scheduling & Contract

I propose available shooting dates and send you the contract. Attached to the contract are the confirmed technical specifications and, if necessary, sketches. This ensures results that meet your expectations.

5. Deposit

A deposit of at least 30% is required. Once the payment is received, your date is confirmed (including a buffer for product delivery). Without a deposit, the date is not reserved.

6. Product Delivery

Products must arrive at my studio at least one day before the shoot.

7. Photoshoot

The shoot takes place on the agreed date. I usually work independently in the studio, but online feedback can be arranged if needed.

8. Retouching

Images are professionally edited. Turnaround time: 5–14 working days, depending on scope and complexity.

9. Preview

Once editing is complete, you receive a preview of the retouched images.

10. Final Payment

After the remaining payment is received, I provide the download link for the final files.

11. Corrections

You review the images and can request adjustments within the agreed-upon scope.

12. Return of Products

The products are shipped back to your address.

13. Additional Services

If desired, a designer can create infographics for your product pages on marketplaces.

14. Final Results

You receive publication-ready images for your website, social media, and marketplaces. Upon request, the files can also be prepared for print.
