- Contact me or fill out the briefing form. Then we’ll discuss everything, and I’ll provide you with an initial quote.
I don’t have technical specifications. Can I still book a photoshoot?
- Yes, there are several options:
- Fill out a form: You complete a form, and based on it we create the technical specifications together.
- Photographer’s choice (“My way”): You leave the entire shoot planning and decisions to me. I organize everything from start to finish based on my experience. Changes are not possible in this option, and it requires 100% prepayment. To clarify the cost, please fill out the briefing form first.
- Visual concept with collaboration: You’re unsure what shots you want but want to be involved. I create a visual concept for you, which also includes the technical specifications. Developing a visual concept is a separate service — see all details here.
What are technical specifications and why are they needed?
- Technical specifications are a detailed description of your project that defines how the photos should look. They include the type of shots, style, lighting, colors, composition, formats, and any special requirements. This ensures that the final images match your expectations.
What is included in the price?
- The price includes product preparation, lighting setup, color correction, and basic retouching. Prices can be viewed here.
What determines the price?
- The price depends on several factors, including the complexity of the shoot and retouching (e.g., holographic, metallic, or reflective surfaces), the complexity of the composition, the overall workload, urgency, full transfer of usage rights (NDA), purchase/rental/creation of props, and the involvement of models or other specialists. After reviewing the technical specifications, the final amount is detailed in the estimate, listing all costs.
The quote is higher than I expected, but I still want to work with you. What can we do?
- We’re happy to adjust the project to your budget — the quality and style will remain unchanged.
I’m not satisfied with the photos I received. How can we resolve this?
- To ensure a consistently excellent result, we discuss all technical specifications and, if needed, sketches for each shot in advance. Online approval during the shoot is possible if you respond promptly (within 10–15 minutes). Otherwise, the shooting time will be billed hourly. This way, you maintain full control over the final outcome.
Under what circumstances is a reshoot possible?
- A reshoot or additional production is possible in two cases:
- Incorrect execution: If the final result does not meet the technical specifications, I cover the cost of the reshoot.
- Changes to the technical specifications after the shoot — for example, additional products or new shot types — will be billed separately.
